SHELBY CRAWFORD
Founder & Principal Planner
Shelby is the heart behind The Event Society, bringing together her love for beautiful design, thoughtful details, and all the logistics that make a celebration actually work. With a background in venue management and years in the event industry, she loves everything from floor plans and vendor teams to creating weddings that feel unmistakably like her couples. Her favorite part, though, will always be the relationships built along the way.

Creative Director
Known for flawlessly executing memorable events with precision, Kevin ensures that every detail aligns with the client’s vision. His strategic approach to event planning brings both creativity and structure, resulting in seamless and impactful celebrations.

Lead Planner
Danielle began her journey in events within the wine industry, producing festivals and private parties in Tampa. Now specializing in venue management for weddings, galas, and corporate events, she thrives on creating unique and memorable gatherings.

Event Coordinator
With more than 13 years in the event industry, Caitlyn brings experience, attention to detail, and a calm presence to every celebration. She’s the kind of person you want nearby when there are a hundred things happening at once — making sure the details are handled and everyone is exactly where they need to be.

Ashley brings a creative eye and a love for storytelling to The Event Society, capturing the candid moments, thoughtful details, and little in-between memories that can disappear in the blur of a wedding day. Her background in social media and event promotions helps her tell the story of the celebration as it’s actually happening.
